1. Eligibility

No purchase necessary to enter or win. This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. One entry per person. Employees of Nisolo and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on March 8, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on March 14, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Giveaway Period”).

3. How to Enter

To enter, you must submit the required details on the entry form. All entries must be received by the end of the Giveaway Period to be eligible.

4. Prize

Each winner will receive one (1) pair of Nisolo Huarache sandals and one (1) Nisolo shoe charm of their choice, subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about March 23, 2026.

Winners will be notified via email within seven (7) business days of the drawing.

6. Prize Redemption

Winners must respond and make their product selection (Huarache style, size, and one charm) within thirty (30) days of the prize notification date. If a winner fails to make their selection within this period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Nisolo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond Nisolo’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Nisolo from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the giveaway or participation in any giveaway-related activity.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Nisolo’s use of their name, likeness, photograph, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
