Nisolo x OGL x Mr. C Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

No purchase necessary to enter or win. This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. One entry per person. Employees of Nisolo and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on July 9, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on July 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (the “Giveaway Period”).

3. How to Enter

To enter, follow all three brands on Instagram and tag three friends in the comments of Nisolo's giveaway post. For an additional entry, share the post to your story.

4. Prize

A two-night stay for two in a Deluxe King room at Mr. C, $350 in Nisolo credit, and two complete OGL resort looks for you and your guest — everything you need for the perfect getaway.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The Giveaway Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted on July 17, 2026.

Winner will be notified via email within seven (7) business days of the drawing.

6. Prize Redemption

Winners must respond and make their product selection within forty eight (48) hours of the prize notification date. If a winner fails to make their selection within this period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Nisolo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond Nisolo’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the giveaway. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Nisolo from and against any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the giveaway or participation in any giveaway-related activity.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Nisolo’s use of their name, likeness, photograph, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
